Multiple upload not working in IE and Windows XP/Vista #62

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Cannot shift/ctrl click.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.4.5 on IE8 and Windows XP and Vista

fixed in r1019

the multiple-upload capability detection code was faulty. should work now. in 
IE9, if
they ever add native multiple upload capability, it should naturally be enabled.

please verify the fix.

I'm just trying to get the time to finish off this round of changes and then 
we'll
start rolling out 1.5.
