clamav-unofficial-sigs script is version 5.6.2

/usr/local/bin/clamav-unofficial-sigs.sh --version

 Required Configuration Version: v72

actual latest release is 7.2.5

newer sigs sets available, new sources, yara rules working,....

version being outdated here needs an upgrade.

i did propose this PR to upgrade : https://github.com/mailserver2/mailserver/pull/46

there are some points to validate at os.conf level, as i did grab the os.debian.conf :

• the restart / reload setting
• the socket

I create this issue mainly to have aarea of discussion about it.
