Simple update of the base image.

In https://github.com/rspamd/rspamd/pull/4801 in history_redis.conf template variables were added that our test found not being replaced. I changed the path that the test checks to only include our own config files: /etc/rspamd/local.d instead of all in /etc/rspamd
