Update Settings Activity to use Android Framwork #1

Of course Android would provide an xml based framework for settings. 
Change settings activity to be compliant with this.

This issue was updated by revision r79.

Will force users upgrading to relink with Netflix. All settings of prior 
versions will be lost.

Update issue 25
Status: Fixed
New preferences has 3 options for queue max, recommendations  max and best of 
all - Default Tab!
