Move Down only moves to last title in current view #11

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Set download # to be less than all movies(via settings)
2.MOve any title to bottom via context menu
3.Movie will be position 11, 26, 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected to go to *last* position ..79 etc
but it just goes to end of current list (11, 26, 51)
