* user reports the application was working, but no longer does. I notice alot
of 502
gateway errors in the logs associated with 'addnewdisc' I will need to check if
this
is an error returned by the mobile provider, netflix, or somewhere in between

from user:
Okay, I tried to use it over my home wifi connection and it worked great...
still nothing when I try it over my phones 3g connection.
--
this furthers my belief that the issue has something to do with the provider's
proxy
returning a 502.

This issue was updated by revision r116.
Added Flurry event handler to capture additional details on a 502. Actively
working with Netflix to resolve issue.

NOTE:
The current work-around is to use the menu to "refresh Queue" and then
re-attempt. I
realize this is still a huge inconvenience for the percent of the population
this is
affecting.

A similar thing is happening to me (Motorola Droid - Verizon) and is also being reported by
other QueueMan users at the Market. The only thing is that my error message
says:
"Unable to add new title. Reason COde:" and there is no code. (By the way, COde
is written
capitalized like that - I don't know if that could help you move in the right
direction). Thanks
for your time.

Thank you to everyone who is reporting this *new* issue through email or
otherwise.
The issue, which is not a 502, but as I can infer from analytics is a connection
being refused by the Netflix API's hosting provider "Mashery"
I have solicited support and will keep you all updated via this ticket.

Thanks again for your help on this matter. Any news? I'm still getting the
same error and thinking that
perhaps traffic could have something to do with it, I've tried at different
times, different days but same
error. I'm trying to give you as much info as I can hoping that it might help
you isolate/troubleshoot the
problem.

I also have a G1 running Android 1.6. I receive this error when I try to add titles. I was able to add Lost
season 6 to my queue. I went to the lost season 6 page and did not select add
to top or bottom of
queue. I just hit add. I went to the page for men at work and selected add to
bottom of queue and
clicked add and I received the error 200. I tried last night to add roger & me
but I received the error
code 200.
