Filter search results by Instant only #18

Want the ability to search only instant titles.

  Search screen

2 - Impact or Change
  checkboxes for instant, disc

3 - Why this enhancement is important (aka, why vote for this?)
  Many users of Roku rely on this as means to add titles. It is painful to
view details to know if title is instant.

This issue was updated by revision r129.

The same enhancement I just added to recommendations allows you to filter 
results to instant titles, and page through the results. This code can easily 
be added to the search methods... (I hope)
