Titles at Home

Show a list of movies currently at home.

I have pushed this off until now because ideally you can just take a look
at your coffee table :)

But with the ability to rate titles that is now in 0.9.7 (pre-release only)
I will add the ability to see and rate movies at home.

1 - Affected screens / activities
  "Would hate to add a 4th tab (disc, instant, recommended) so this might
be an entirely new screen."

2 - Impact or Change
  " new menu option and list view"

3 - Why this enhancement is important (aka, why vote for this?)
  Cause the people keeps asking for it!

Ali's Idea - add movies at home to top of current disc queue.

- does this depend on the user status (, ie instant)?
