Recommendation Handler doesn't capture formats correctly - can't add to instant #27

Titles should list formats (DVD, instant, BLueray) and show instant option
when applicable, neither occurs.

The result is angry users who can;t add recommended titles to instant q.

WORK-AROUND: Search the same title, and if applicable instant will be enable. 
Yeah,. I know that sucks and I am working to resolve it fast.

This issue was updated by revision r78.

Was passing by reference and not copy for the format, so recommended discs had 
no format awareness.
