add toast after redirecting to netlifx #39

The activity pass off may be slow, and the browser takes a bit to load.

A friendly toast to say - just a second more now..

Please include;

1 - Affected screens / activities
  core screen, on dialog dismiss for first users

2 - Impact or Change
  EG: " Show ratings and year under title "

3 - Why this enhancement is important (aka, why vote for this?)
  EG: " Many titles may have similar names. Ratings and year would make
   decisions easier "
