only added title shown in queue if #41

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. set recommend as default tab - restart
2. add movie from rec. to disc
3. view disc

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should see all discs(or #) but only the added disc(s) are shown

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

the reason being the addtion will populate an otherwise empty qqueue, and
the tab switch will load the cached q, which is only added titles,

.... perhaps a value in the queue - isUpdated,, or sumin.. thios will need
to added to the isnull check used now

**NOTE

The easy work-around is to use Menu > Refresh to properly load all titles.

Also if you view your disc or instant queue before adding titles you;ll be fine.
