It will may be better to stop mailscanner before the upgrade procedure (mailscanner part).

service mailscanner stop ... service mailscanner start

(One error in the use of service, this is service mailscanner start not service start mailscanner)

For http://docs.mailwatch.org/dev/contributing.html

When we click on GitHub issue tracker -> 404 error.
