Cần để ngay thành hằng số vì sau này có thể thay đổi N đi 
thì không thể sửa được.
Tương tự cho xử lý NonFinancialScore
Thêm nữa:
if (score >= item.FromValue && score <= item.ToValue)
cũng phải chỉnh lại là < item.ToValue, không phải <=
Tương tự cho xử lý NonFinancial và hàm GetBusinessRank nữa (nói 
chung chỗ nào còn như vậy thì update luôn)"
