python3 convert.py yolov3.cfg yolov3.weights yolov3.h5 this comend in READM but in your code file fold not find the convert.py yolov3.cfg such files

@qqqw4549, I find another repository that convert Darknet YOLO model to a Keras model, maybe you can try it.
