Wizard is kill

The wizard currently has multiple problems:

• VFIO-devices should be know when USB-Devices are checked
• VFIO-device-picker should check iommu-grouping if it is already active
• The setup routines should be separated from the gui aspect
• The setup should look consistent across all wizard questions
• With Pull Request #106 the iommu-stuff gets broken completly

I suggest rewriting the wizard as the current state will soon gravitate towards an unmaintainable pile of hotfixed legacy code.
