Make export file names consistent throughout

It would be great if "all" of the export csv files from Helper were named in the same way. I would prefer:

.csv (But I get it that some folks might prefer to have the subject before the date and time. Maybe take a quick poll?) Why? Because every time I export some data I have to rename it with a proper subject that makes sense, and then manually add the date and time so I can know when the snapshot was taken. This is tedious. I.e.: Great Buildings, Guild Buildings, and Guild Goods, (guild member)Eras, and (guild member)Members are all really good. Each of them has ++ in the name. But: Treasury transactions is named "GBG-export" , with no date. Treasury has a lot to do with GBG but it's not strictly GBG. It should be called Treasury Transactions with a date and time. GE activity is called "Participation" with no mention of GE or date; etc. It should be called GE Stats or something like that, with a date and time. Etc THANK YOU!
