[Feature request] Inclusion of Great Buildings in Building Efficiency #2557

I would like to see the inclusion of Great Buildings in Building Efficiency We are nearing a point where several Great Buildings are being outperformed by event-buildings. The inclusion of Great Buildings in Building Efficiency will help people decide when it's time to stop putting forge points into a GB, and also when they should consider deleting it.
