[Bug] CityPlanner show only dots not buildings #2575

OS Win 10 64 bit Chrome, Firefox, Edge all on latest productions version

I want try cityplanner firsttime. I exported data from FOE extension to server. Opened cityplanner - new city - main city and I see map with dots, which represent buildings. But not size of buildings or picture etc. See picture below.
