Sets, Upgrades & Kits - include GE selection kits anf Fragments #2612

GE selection kits 1-4 should be included in the Sets Upgrades Kits tool, ideally also include fragments for those kits to be more comprehensive.

Also, the Fountain of Youth fragments should be included.
