I don't know how else to call it. I couldn't find settings for it anywhere so I'm calling it a sidebar for now.
When I had just HC up there it was fine since I can only get its bonus in battle but now there's also my TT there and not only it doesn't show up when I can use its bonus (not in battles but in city view) but the counter doesn't update since it's closed while I motivate other players' cities
