About a month ago, the helper stopped working on Firefox on my laptop. I thought this might have been because I had been playing with the beta version and thought that something might have got corrupted.
I switched to playing using Edge instead until I could find a way to get it sorted out.
But now it's also stopped working on my Desktop (where I haven't been playing with beta versions), and the helper seems to have vanished from the extension store for Edge so that's not an option.
There doesn't seem to be any errors mentioned in the console window, it's just that the normal toolbar doesn't show up. After a long while sometimes some things start working, like yesterday eventually the event windows started popping up when I entered the event, but they wouldn't do it straight after entering the game, so perhaps something has to time out first.
I have tried removing and re-adding the extension but that doesn't seem to help.
Any ideas what else I can try?
