Description

The new kernal is properly receiving data from the server and storing it locally.

Related Issue

9 defines the goals of the new kernal.

Motivation and Context

The motivation is to allow for Geogebra to solve all dynamic object definitions and pass it back to us.

How Has This Been Tested?

Local hosting of the server by way of the docker-compose file.
Local hosting parsing input from unity and passing back valid data.
Local hosting creating and storing proper data definitions of defined geoelements.
