Steps to implement:

[ ] Modify server to convert Update/Add to pass GetString and GetCommandString as JSON data
[ ] Modify ServerSocket to add IntersectionConic as a GeoElement
[ ] IntersectionConic to generate V1, V2, and associated enum with regex parsing.
[ ] Update Wiki with new GeoElement type IntersectConic

Goal:

Allow for the Kernal to parse data on the IntersectConic Element Type.
