I know that Tim Anderson has ported your code stream for Silverlight
support, but I was wondering if you had any plans yourself.

Take a look in the source code tree for the solution

Community.CsharpSqlite.Silverlight

Also, a better place for questions is the C#-SQLite group

Yes. I understand. But it will be great, if there is an actively supported 
version
available. Would be great, if you can have this available in the same code 
stream,
with a few Ifdefs/compiler switches.
