Add talks and modify thumbnails at 'appearance' section #2523

I tried to combined different tasks under the same section "appearance" together

  1. Emma's late open task for Chris' talk on EmberConf -> add new thumbnail
  2. Adding Marco's podcast to appearance
  3. Changing a few top posts' thumbnail to a new design -> the logo on the top right kinda overlapping, maybe worth checking

@marcoow I don't know how to fix the Percy and Gravity. Would you help? I'll ask Bart if maybe I can do it myself next time.
