refactor(build): refactor BuildImages.yml #258

This is a refactoring of the test buildchain. Besides changes to the build workflow it self, it adds new summarys wo verify some basic stats of a build itself, such as:

Raw image sizes
Compressed image sizes
Build time consumption
used Configuration
Compression statistics
