Typo in "Features: Theming" link #24

What happened?

In README.md the features documentation has a wrong link under theming

Gives a 404 error

What did you expect to happen instead?

Expected to navigate to theming

How to reproduce this bug?

Click the theming link in features section in README

Additional information:

Link https://docs.mainsail.xyz/features/theming/ should be https://docs.mainsail.xyz/features/theming

This is about Mainsails readme.md, not the docs.

I fixed this in the Mainsail repo. Can't transfer this issue back there. https://github.com/mainsail-crew/mainsail/pull/1104
