libusb-1.0 does not exist, install libusb-1.0-0 instead

Sorry it took me so long to respond.

Afaik it depends on the OS, which package has to be installed. I have to talk to the crew about that. 😅

This only applies if used OS is "Bullseye", on buster Images (or earlier) this lib ist called libusb-1.0

Since the guide links to the latest Raspberry Pi OS, it is bullseye anyway. Different packages for other operating systems will be added later as needed.
