[ ] contributor subcommand depends on github_changelog_generator. We need to find a way to check if it is installed. And further, install it automatically if it doesn't.
[ ] readme tocs subcommand should check, too.

Same for gh-md-toc for the readme subcommand.

If you want to have a try on maintainer, docker is a good idea now :)

I'm on the issue now.
