5 row keyboard - installed but not working #422

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install on iPhone 3.1.2
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

5 row keyboard expected. But doesn't change and stays the same

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system
(iPhone/iPod Touch? Firmware version?)?
 Iphone 3g running on version 3.1.2

Please provide any additional information below.
