new chopped/incorrect rendering issue affecting full screen mode #11

The sidebar scrolling menu disappears in full screen mode under inversion. It shows what ever is behind it. It seems to target specific apps like firefox but not gnome-terminal. currently using GNOME Shell 3.32.2. issue seems to be in GNOME Shell 3.30.x as well.

Same issue here but for me it's the lower strip (about 1cm) of the window. It's just cropped and whatever window is underneath is visible. Looks like window dimensions computation goes wrong somewhere.

I see this with all kind of apps (Emacs, Okular).
