Consider moving Genesis Layout and Custom Classes metaboxes #285

I feel like the Genesis panel is a bit unnecessary since it only has 2 settings in it now:

I think it would be cool to create a Mai panel and move these, as well as the Page Header and Hide Elements settings into it:

I agree it makes sense to combine them. I'm not sure a new panel is necessary though. I feel like they may get lost too often? Is that better than a metabox?
