Consider field to paste in an SVG for custom icons in Mai Icon block #510

We'd have to use DOMDocument to apply the settings correctly, and it's a bit of a "use at your own risk" feature, but could be really cool.

Can you share a screenshot of what specifically you're referring to from that tutorial?

These little note icons that he uses up and down the page are inline svgs. I can do without by writing a custom html block for each one, but if I understand what you're suggesting, pasting in the svg would be much simpler ;)

I tried to edit your comment to put the image inline but it isn't working. This is the screenshot:

You already have that icon in Mai Icon block though. And FWIW you can already do a near identical thing with Mai Notices plugin right now. Or am I missing?

yeah it's mostly being able to choose an icon style that works with your design. Note the simpler more elegant i in the screenshot next to the apparently serifed i in the mai icon. Not sure I've seen Mai Notices plugin (sorry)
