highlight ElasticSearch results if user configures that option #615

Wrap search terms in HTML tags in results for custom styling. The wrapping HTML tag comes with the "ep-highlight" class for easy styling.

Are there docs on this? Does it make sense to do it in the engine?

ES does this by default, and Mai Elasticpress makes it pretty seamless.
