[x] dockerfile for serverless version
- nginx + all static
[x] static index.html
[x] ~~options to hide all backend actions~~
- log in
- register
- play along (for now, see #10)
[x] generate guides in json without lua
[x] lightweight container
- use nginx base container
- copy built statics from build container
