Add preview in browser #32

A simple page that allows you to load your Maizzle templates in the browser (comes with a Valet driver in case you're using that).

Thanks for the PR Simon, but I don't really think I want this in the framework.

There's already BrowserSync support with a directory option. Plus, we would need to support more than just Valet and it's not something that the framework should be responsible for, so I feel this is best left in userland.
