Don't work on ie10 with touch #3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use win8
2. Use IE10 in touch mode (metro and desktop)
3. Scroll doesn't work ....

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Current version on Samsung Slate (Serie 7)

having the same issue on wp7 mango.  using an htc titan.

Hello, I'm working on IE10 (MSPointer) compatibility.
Try new dev version 2.9.3DEV4.

It doesn't work on WP7 phone. Touch events seems very strange and unreliable on 
this platform.  (I'm investigating)
