Ease configuration by providing a way of selecting a company #3

In the "configuration" page, provide a dropdown list with the following items:

one "selectionner votre CAE" (selected by default)
several company names (like "port-parallèle")
one "entrer l'URL manuellement"

If possible, always hide the URL field except when "entrer l'URL manuellement" is selected.

Comportement de l'écran de config quand une config existe déjà : à la limite on peut considérer qu'on est en config manuelle pour l'instant, ça n'impacte presque pas.
