When I send a url to my friends, no link is created, my friens must copy the url, and paste into a browser.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I am unsure.
2. It may be behaving as intended, I was unable to find documentation about
this.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected to send a URL to a friend, and them be able to click on it to
browse to that URL.  Instead when they receive the URL it is in plain text.
 When I receive URL's from them, I am able to click on it to browse.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using version 0.10.0.0 on windows Vista

To what server (if public like jabber.org) are you connecting?
I am connecting to a private server.

What plugins, if any, are enabled?
I have the html logger plugin enabled, Have tried with it disabled as well.

Please provide any additional information below.
I have looked for information on maybe a setting that I would need to
change, but with no success. Thank you for your time in this.

I believe that this is totally controlled by the recipient's IM client. I.e. 
Exodus
recognizes a URL in a message and displays it to you as a clickable link. Your
friend's client doesn't do this.
