Motors not working.

I recieved the assembled kit and when i charge my Lipo Battery and connect it 
to the QuadCopter the LED's Light up and there are beeps that i hear. Also i 
installed the Mission Planner software and when i select the right port and 
Baud rate and click on connect it shows me that its connecting and the GPS 
turns on & gives me an Aerial View and the altitude and when i move the 
Arducopter with my hand i see some movement as well. However when i turn on the 
Transmitter and move the sticks there is no motion of the motors/ESCs. 
Sometimes on the Mission planner software when i do a calibrate radio it does 
show a movement in the bars when i move the sticks but absolutely no movement 
on the QuadCopter. What am i doing wrong here .Help is greatly appreciated.

You need to arm it. Throtttle down + yaw right.
