RTCWEB mode is not documented #158

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The wiki have to contain chapter about RTCWeb mode details: credentials, 
proxies and URL configs, and appropriate Bodge fields description. The example 
connecting to Asterisk using WS transport can be provided exact as it is done 
for SIPML5.

- WS will not added to Boghe
- Connection to Asterisk is done like any other SIP server

Well, then the confusing RTCWeb mode need to be renamed as in fact this is 
normal SIP over UDP mode.
