Some QoL changes

I've made some changes for issues i've encountered during usage of the tool:

• Removed Noesis files. Noesis doesn't mention it's license anywhere, neither in distributed package or anywhere on the site, so we can assume it's All Rights Reserved.
• All of the time i had to invert UVs after exporting models with the tool, so i made a change to stop that.
• Disabled including filename and mesh index into OBJ group name. Can revert this change if needed.
• Added the check __name__ == "__main__" to scripts, which will only run the main() function when scripts are executed directly. This allows to import this script from another for automation.

Hello, thank you for taking interest in the project and contributing. I think since Noesis has been removed, I'll probably add a guide on how to add it back (externally).
