YAML emitter needed #13

This is to officially suggest that yaml-cpp include a YAML emitter. I've begun 
to seriously sketch an 
API that I think will work, and I'll be updating soon. I think this will be a 
better forum than the wiki 
that I set up (since that got approximately zero comments). Comments and 
criticisms on what 
follows are always welcome.

Basic emitting is done. I'm leaving this issue open for a little bit as it gets 
tweaked.

Closing this issue, since the emitter is mostly functional. Any new emitter 
issues
should be opened as separate issues.
