LoadFile not implemented #141

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Do the tutorial of the new API
2. Compile the first example and notice how it doesn't
3. Search through the code for "LoadFile"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Any sign of the would-be-neat function "LoadFile"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
hg checkout

Please provide any additional information below.
Really nice work with the new API! Love it!
