YAML::LoadFile is still missing on latest download #166

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Build project
2. Compile given fist example from document/tutorial

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Load the yaml file

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.3.0, on ubunut

Please provide any additional information below.
YAML::LoadFile function is STILL missing :(

0.3.0 is still on the old API. I haven't marked a version for the new API yet, 
but it will be 0.5.0 (coming soon, hopefully!)

If you want to use the new API, for now, please checkout from the main hg repo.
