Body element does not fill screen #570

@wsalesky A purely cosmetic issue, but the body element in the HTML generated by manuForma does not fill the screen, unless one or more collapsibles are opened. The display is the same for Chrome and Firefox. I fiddled around with the CSS, but I couldn't figure out what was wrong.
