I'm using version 1.3.1 of telegram-purple to chat via BitlBee.

It would be nice if channel name capitalisation could be toggled off so that for example #ChannelName becomes #channelname.

any chance to get this runing? for telegram it is neccesary if not 99% of the channels won't be usable for transport users
