Enter keyboard does not work, so I can not send message #557

Dear team,

I have an issue as title, I can receive message, but I can not chat any more, just typing but Enter does work to send

Can you help me?

  1. Try Ctrl+Enter
  2. This is hardly the plugin problem. Can you check other accounts? It must be in pidgin settings or addons (modules).

If Enter just adds a new line: See what ildar wrote.

If Enter does nothing, and you added those newlines in a different way (e.g. Shift-Enter): tgp probably thinks this chat is "offline". Re-opening the chat from the buddy window fixes this.

Also, if you're new to this: It might be worth it to check out tdlib-purple instead of this plugin, as it's more reliable, and is close to becoming a drop-in replacement.
