Noto Sans JP Ellipsis issue in Chrome #127

Expected Behaviour

When using Noto Sans JP Regular from https://google-webfonts-helper.herokuapp.com/, … character should be at bottom of the line.

Actual Behaviour

… is placed in the center of the line.
