Noto Sans JP and Noto Sans KR are missing ttf file in package #65

The Japanese and Korean versions of the Noto Sans font are missing the ttf file in the downloaded zip package. The message on the page says it should include those files.

the .ttf file is also missing from Noto Sans TC
